"BUT WHAT IF I WANT TO START NOW?"

Don't worry.

If you're motivated and ready to start now, you absolutely can. You don't need to wait.

After completing your registration, Adam will reach out to discuss your start date.

"Can I jOIN IF MY MAIN GOAL ISN'T FAT LOSS?"

Absolutely.

Whether you're wanting to lose fat, build muscle, do a bit of both, or simply build healthier habits to finish 2025 at the top of your game, this challenge is for you.

"Do the in person sessions roll over?"

Your four sessions per month do not roll over.

"CAn I DO THE WORKOUTS ON MY OWN?"

Yes!

You don't have to use your four in person training sessions if you don't want to.

They are there to ensure you get some 1:1 time with Adam to make sure you're performing the workouts properly and to the best of your ability.

"How many days per week do I need to work out?"

Adam will always encourage you to challenge yourself, while building you a completely customized program from scratch based on your schedule, available days per week, goals, and tolerance.

If you're only willing to train two days per week, he will build a plan for you.

If you are willing to train six days per week, he will build a plan for that, too.

You will have a tailored plan that works seamlessly with your schedule and tolerance.

"What Kind of Diet do we Need to follow?"

You will not be asked to follow a strict diet, cutting out food groups, types of food, etc.

You will be taught how to have a high quality diet to support your goals while learning how to incorporate the things you love!

With Adam, no foods are completely off limits :).

"What If I TRAVEL DURING THE CHALLENGE?"

That's life!

You will never sustain any result if you don't learn how to handle things like stress, travel, work, etc.

That's why Adam will be teaching you how to navigate travel, social events, holidays, etc. while still continuing to see progress.

"What Kind of Equipment Do I need?"

Your registration will come with three free months at Valor Elite Training in Fort Collins, CO.

Adam will customize your workouts for the equipment at Valor, in addition to any other gym setting you may have available (home gym, another commercial gym, etc.)

"Do I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE BEFORE STARTING?"

Nope :)

Though having some history of exercise will help, Adam is an expert and has been training/coaching people from all walks of life for over a decade.

After assessing your exercise and nutrition history, he will build a plan that best suits you, and will help you figure out what kind of in-person coaching you need to see the best results possible.

"What happens after I register?"

After your register and lock in your spot, Adam will reach out to you personally within 48 hours to send your initial onboarding material.
From there, he will set up your first kickoff session and get you started!

"Ok, I'm IN! What's the Cost?"

The investment for the 2025 Fall Challenge is $2,000. This can be paid up front or monthly.

Your investment also includes a bonus of three free months at Valor Elite Training gym in Fort Collins, CO.!
